You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you — including your name, phone number, email, booking history, and WhatsApp conversation — at any time, free of charge.
How to request deletion
- Send a message on WhatsApp or call +91 96344 64206, or email [email protected] with the subject line "Data deletion".
- Include the name and mobile number you used with us so we can locate your records.
- We verify the request, delete your personal data (except records we must retain by law, such as tax or medical records), and confirm within 30 days.
Deleting WhatsApp data
If you contacted us via WhatsApp, ask us to "delete my WhatsApp data" and we will remove your conversation and contact details from our systems, subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own retention.
What gets deleted
- Your name, phone number and email held for bookings.
- Your booking and reminder history.
- WhatsApp messages and contact details stored by us.
