These Terms govern your use of the Esmodent Dental Clinic website, online booking, video consultation, and WhatsApp communication. By using them you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide dental care and related information. Content on this website — including the AI assistant and AI Smile Check — is for general information only and is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for an in-person examination by a qualified dentist.

2. Appointments & bookings

• Bookings are requests for an appointment and are confirmed by the clinic.
• An in-clinic consultation fee of ₹300 and a video consultation fee of ₹350 apply as shown at booking.
• Please arrive on time; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

3. Payments & refunds

• Video consultations are payable in advance by UPI. In-clinic visits may be paid at the clinic.
• If a paid video consultation cannot be provided by us, it will be rescheduled or refunded.
• Missed appointments without notice may not be refundable.

4. Video consultations

Teleconsultations are suitable for advice, second opinions and follow-ups. Some conditions require an in-person visit; the dentist will advise if so. A stable internet connection and a device with a camera and microphone are needed.

5. WhatsApp & messaging

By sharing your number you agree to receive appointment-related messages (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) on WhatsApp, SMS, or email. You can opt out any time by replying STOP or telling us to stop.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website or attempt to disrupt it. Content and branding are owned by Esmodent Dental Clinic and may not be copied without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outcomes arising from reliance on general website information without an in-person examination.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand.
